The 5 Blessings of the Calvary

THE CROSS OF EXCHANGE:

Hallelujah!!! Jesus is alive🔥

The events of the Easter season, that is, Christ’s crucifixion, burial and resurrection brought to all humanity the blessings of God.

1) JESUS BECAME PROPITIATION FOR OUR SINS – Romans 5: 6, Christ died for the ungodly. There was an appeasement required by God before He would love the World as His own.

1 John 2: 2 –
“And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.”

2) JESUS TOOK OUR SINS & GAVE US HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS
2 Corinthians 5: 21 –
“For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”

3) JESUS TOOK OUR SICKNESSES AND GAVE US HEALTH
1 Peter 2: 24
“who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness— by whose stripes you were healed.”

Matthew 8: 17
“that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: “He Himself took our infirmities And bore our sicknesses.””

Verse 16: “He healed all who were sick…”

4) BY JESUS BLOOD & HIS NAME WE CAST OUT DEMONS AND OVERCOME THEM
Revelation 12: 11 –
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.”

Mark 16: 17 – “And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;”

5) JESUS TOOK OUR POVERTY & GAVE US RICHES
2 Corinthians 8: 9 –
“For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.”
